1/ Customer Service Executive

Job description:

- Identify potential clients; Visit, provide consultant information for clients to clarify BVQA services in an attempt to reach contract value targets as set by the Customer Service Manager (CSM).

- Collect market information to have own sale plan,

- Support CSM to reach team target.

- Manage and maintain good relation with existing clients and partners.

- Create promotion plan for key clients, potential clients.

- Report to CSM

Competence requirements:

- Female under 35,

- Bachelor is an advantage,

- Good looking,

- Creative, flexible, hardworking,

- Good communication and presentation skill,

- Good spoken and written English,

- Good using of computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Outlook)

- Japanese speaking is an advantage

- At least 2 years of experience

2/ Auditor Job description

- Review client's documents.

- Prepare audit plan.

- Conduct audit at client’s sites.

- Present to clients on audit findings and conclusion.

- Present to clients the audit reports.

- Write audit reports according to BVQA procedures for certification approval.

- Follow up activities after the audit.

- Support certification manager in order to follow the BVQA quality system and local regulations.

Competence requirements:

- Male above 30 years old

- Minimum bachelor degree in technic from a reputable university.

- Minimum 4 years experiences in management system development or assessment or quality related jobs.

- Qualified lead auditor is an advantage (preferably IRCA/EARA/RAB or equivalent registered). - Good spoken and written English. - Good communication skill.

- Good using of computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Outlook) - Analytical approach to problem solving

- Willingness to travel & Creative, flexible, hardworking. Earning and treatment policies:
